What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with customer teams and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Support development and deployment of AI-powered applications from prototype to production.
• Build integrations between AI services and enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
• Assist with agentic AI workflows, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop data pipelines and gain exposure to vector databases and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Help create evaluation and observability frameworks to monitor AI system performance.
• Troubleshoot integration and reliability issues with guidance from senior engineers.
• Follow engineering best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0–3 years professional experience (entry-level/new grad range).
• Strong foundation in Python development and AI/ML fundamentals, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, data structures, and software design principles.
• Experience using AI‑assisted coding tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java, Go, JavaScript/Node.js or other full‑stack technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to vector databases, RAG pipelines, agentic AI systems, or multi‑agent architectures.

Compensation & Location

• Salary range: $75,000 — $88,000 per year.
• Employment type: FULL_TIME.
• Location for this posting: Edison, NJ.
