What You'll Do

Collaborate with customer teams and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions. Work on building, deploying, integrating, and operating enterprise AI applications under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Support development and deployment of AI-powered applications and pipelines
• Build integrations between AI services and enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms
• Assist with agentic AI workflows, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks
• Develop and maintain data pipelines; gain exposure to vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Help implement evaluation and observability tooling to monitor model and system performance
• Troubleshoot integration, reliability, and performance issues with mentorship from experienced engineers
• Follow engineering best practices for coding, testing, and secure deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field
• 0–3 years of professional experience (entry-level/new graduate)
• Strong foundation in Python development and AI/ML fundamentals, including familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI concepts
• Working understanding of APIs, databases, data structures, and software design principles
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, similar)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (as stated by the client)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in Java, Go, JavaScript/Node.js, or other full‑stack technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to vector databases, RAG pipelines, agentic AI systems, or multi‑agent architectures

Location & Compensation

This position is located in Edison, NJ (on-site / client context).
Compensation range (provided by the client): $75,000 – $100,000 per year.
