Overview

Confidential Client is expanding its US presence and is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Software Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Customer Success: you will build integrations, turn customer requirements into scalable product capabilities, and help establish the forward-deployed engineering function in the US.

What You’ll Do

• Build enterprise integrations across APIs, SAP, and other business systems.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to design scalable technical solutions.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across production environments.
• Own customer-driven product features from implementation through production.
• Build MVPs and evolve them into reusable, scalable platform capabilities.
• Automate deployment and implementation workflows with Product and Engineering teams.
• Turn recurring customer needs into reusable product features.
• Help establish and shape the forward-deployed engineering function for the US market.

What’s Not Required

• Prior experience with procurement software or SAP is not required. We value engineering fundamentals, curiosity, ownership, and problem-solving ability over having the “perfect” CV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline is expected.
• Proven experience designing and delivering API and systems integrations for enterprise customers.
• Track record of troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments.
• Experience taking MVPs from prototype to production-ready features.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.

Compensation

• Compensation Range: $150,000 - $190,000 (USD)
