About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Financial Representative in Waterloo, IA. This is a client-facing sales role focused on building long-term relationships, helping individuals and small businesses achieve financial security through insurance and financial planning solutions. This opportunity includes structured training, mentorship, and sponsorship for required licenses (e.g., Series 6, 63 and state insurance licenses).

• Engage with clients to understand financial goals, concerns, and timelines
• Build personalized financial plans that may include investments, insurance, and retirement strategies
• Recommend and implement insurance solutions to protect clients’ assets and income
• Maintain ongoing relationships through regular reviews and plan adjustments
• Generate referrals and expand your network through community involvement and local events
• Use provided marketing resources and planning team support to grow your book of business

Qualifications

• Interest in sales, financial services, or insurance (previous experience helpful but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
