What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Financial Representative role focused on holistic financial planning, member service, and business development. Responsibilities include:
- Meet with members to assess insurance and financial-planning needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member inquiries promptly
- Build and maintain a referral network through community engagement and events
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Drive business development goals and track progress toward targets
- Follow up on leads and keep accurate records of member interactions
