Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine financial reporting tasks including data extraction, reconciliation and analysis.
• Prepare and support audit activities and compliance reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to internal policies and government regulations.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and participate on special finance projects as needed.
• Communicate findings and issues clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized and efficient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entry-level candidates welcome — recent college graduates encouraged to apply.
• This role is NOT remote eligible — you must be able to work onsite at the corporate office in West Bethesda, MD.
