What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a finance support partner for the practice, helping with finance and business deliverables (for example, mapping associates to job functions and maintaining operational records).
  • Build, maintain and improve advanced Excel models and VBA macros to automate recurring analyses and reporting.
  • Support income statement analysis, financial planning and ad-hoc financial analytics.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and speed decision-making while validating outputs.
  • Own tasks end-to-end, drive initiatives to closure, and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Strong, hands-on Excel skills; comfort using Excel for advanced projects and analyses.
  • Practical experience writing VBA macros in Excel to automate workflows.
  • Solid understanding of income statements, financial analysis and planning concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present analyses clearly.
  • Problem-solving mindset, self-starter, and comfortable operating with limited supervision.
  • Experience using AI/automation tools to support business solutions is a plus.

Location & Start Date

  • Location: Tarrytown, TX (on-site at Confidential Client offices). Applicants must be willing to relocate if required by business needs.
  • Start Date: New hires will start in October 2026. Exact start dates will be communicated in advance.
  • Work Authorization: Confidential Client cannot provide U.S. work-authorization sponsorship for this role (including CPT/OPT).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $65,000 per year (final offer depends on experience and qualifications).
  • Eligible for the client’s discretionary annual incentive program (subject to plan terms).
