What You’ll Do

Support day-to-day financial operations and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced financial services environment. Responsibilities include:

• Support daily financial and operational activities across the organization
• Review, analyze, and reconcile financial data and account information
• Assist with transaction processing, financial reporting, and documentation
• Research discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and financial documentation
• Perform data validation and quality checks on financial information
• Support month-end close tasks, reporting, and reconciliations
• Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Investment/Wealth Management
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
• Learn financial systems, processes, and industry best practices while developing professional skills

What We’re Looking For

We welcome recent graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to learn and grow in financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Wealth Management, or related field
• 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Internship experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investments, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Operations is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Genuine interest in building a career in financial services

Nice to Have

• Exposure to accounting systems, transaction processing platforms, or CRM tools
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles, reconciliation workflows, or fund/accounting operations
• Prior internship or project experience in wealth management, asset management, fund accounting, or treasury

• Employment type: Contract to hire (initial contract with potential to convert)

Compensation

• Estimated pay: $81,175 per year (estimated). Actual compensation will be determined by the client and may vary based on experience and location.
