What You’ll Do
This entry-level Assurance — Financial Markets & Real Estate (FMRE) Associate role supports client engagements across financial markets and real estate sectors. You will learn and contribute to assurance and finance activities, helping clients navigate reporting, regulatory and strategic finance matters.
- Support financial reporting and decision-making with accurate, timely assessments
- Collaborate with engagement teams to maintain transparency, integrity, and regulatory compliance
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports
- Monitor and analyze financial trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Help develop and implement financial strategies and models to support client decisions
- Participate in financial risk management activities and control testing
- Use a range of tools and methodologies to solve problems and generate insights
- Anticipate team and client needs; embrace ambiguity to grow professionally
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in final academic year in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Quantitative Finance, Real Estate, or a closely related field
- Minimum overall GPA: 3.0
- Entry-level / client service associate — candidates are typically completing or have recently completed academic requirements
Preferred / Distinguishing Qualifications
- Preferred GPA: 3.5+
- Educational eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment before starting full-time
- Experience or interest in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and accounting standards
- Comfortable leveraging AI and technology to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and strong team communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 (actual pay depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location; all hires eligible for an annual discretionary bonus)
- Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and personal/family sick leave (benefit specifics depend on the client and role)
