The Financial Data Analyst (Entry Level) supports the Pricing & Modeling team by managing and analyzing financial data to aid pricing strategy and financial reporting. This hybrid role involves data organization, report generation, and collaboration with stakeholders to provide insights that support business decision-making.

What You’ll Do
This entry-level Financial Data Analyst will support the Pricing & Modeling team at our confidential client. You’ll organize and maintain financial data, prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, and help deliver insights that inform pricing and financial decisions.
- Transfer, clean, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
- Build and run recurring and ad-hoc reports using Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Maintain and organize files and documentation on SharePoint and internal drives
- Support pricing and financial modeling through accurate data preparation
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders on ongoing projects
- Maintain accurate reporting records and documentation
Minimum Qualifications (Must Haves)
- Minimum Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of related experience (internships and recent graduates encouraged)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data entry, manipulation, and report generation
- Basic familiarity with SharePoint and/or CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Prior finance, pricing, or analytical internship/classroom experience
Location, Schedule & Compensation
- Location: Irving, TX — Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $20–$30 per hour
- Benefits: Eligible day one (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k))
