What You’ll Do

This is an onsite Financial Data Analyst role supporting a Confidential Client in the Manufacturing industry. You will deliver actionable finance analytics, automate reporting, and build dashboards that support commercial and operational decisions.

• Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis
• Deliver customer, product, pricing, and margin analytics to inform strategy
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel reports for senior leadership
• Automate manual reporting processes and streamline data pipelines
• Lead data migration, validation, and reconciliations for finance reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, IT, and Finance teams to translate business needs into metrics and dashboards
• Define KPIs and create executive summaries to drive decisions

What We’re Looking For

• BS degree in accounting, finance, information systems, analytics, or related field
• 2–5 years of professional financial analysis experience with a strong analytics focus
• Hands-on Power BI experience and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA or Power Query preferred)
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Experience with data validation, ETL/migration, and automating reporting workflows
• Excellent communicator who can present insights to senior stakeholders
• Must be local to Columbus, OH — this role is onsite. Candidates not currently in Ohio will not be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year (pay will vary based on skills and experience)
• Full-time, onsite position in downtown Columbus, OH
