What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for investors and customers, handling inbound inquiries about account activity, transactions, and online access.
  • Process investor transactions including purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account maintenance requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with website navigation, online account access, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Research and resolve account-related issues using internal tools and resources; escalate complex matters when appropriate.
  • Maintain complete, accurate documentation of customer interactions and transaction activity.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of investor requests and continuous process improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience (examples: contact center, retail, hospitality, restaurant/food service, banking or financial services).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional phone presence.
  • Demonstrated customer service mindset: empathy, patience, and accountability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently research solutions.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and career-oriented with a desire to grow within financial services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in financial services, mutual funds, investing, or banking.
  • Prior work in a high-volume inbound call center or investor services team.
  • Familiarity with account servicing and transaction processing systems.

Details

  • Employment type: Contract-to-hire; expected to transition to direct employment with our client. Employment classification may begin as contract and move to full-time.
  • Work location: Fully onsite in Glendale, CO (candidate must be able to work on-site).
  • Work environment: Contact center / investor services support.
  • Pay range: $21.00 per hour (range provided by client). Final pay within this range will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
