Position Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a Financial Consulting Associate — Finance as a Service (FaaS) / NetSuite Implementation Associate to join a team delivering NetSuite-based accounting and finance outsourcing solutions. This role combines accounting knowledge with technical implementation skills to support client onboarding, solution design, and post-implementation optimization.

What You’ll Do
- Participate in client onboarding and NetSuite implementation projects within the Finance as a Service (FaaS) practice.
- Join client design sessions to gather requirements and redesign business processes (chart of accounts, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report).
- Perform solution design across the FaaS technology stack, including NetSuite and integrations with tools such as BILL, Ramp, and BlackLine.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams — project management, technology support, client accounting services, and other stakeholders — to deliver project objectives on time and on budget.
- Identify and implement improvements to the onboarding experience and ongoing client service processes.
- Provide post-implementation support and advisory services to ensure client satisfaction and continuous optimization.
- Assist with ad-hoc, project-based initiatives including quality control reviews and process/technology optimization for existing clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple clients/projects and competing priorities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong technology aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Commitment to ongoing professional learning and adoption of finance/technology best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite implementation experience (either in an SP or BPO practice).
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification.
- Experience implementing Oracle NetSuite.
- Experience with process analysis and business process redesign.
- Familiarity with BILL, Ramp, BlackLine, or similar finance/expense automation tools.
- Experience in public accounting, consulting, or professional services.
- Experience in outsourced accounting or FaaS environments.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or progress toward CPA preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- The role offers a competitive compensation range: $56,800 - $94,100 annually. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, location, and other qualifications.
