What You’ll Do

As a Financial Consultant for our Confidential Client you will work with clients to build tailored financial plans and help them execute strategies that support long-term wealth goals. You will be an entry-level advisor with access to training and mentorship.

• Seek, identify, and secure relationships with new clients as a trusted financial advisor
• Assess clients’ cash flow, assets, liabilities, income, and financial goals
• Create customized financial plans based on life stage and professional circumstances
• Recommend investments, insurance, and other financial products aligned with client objectives
• Support clients’ progress through ongoing reviews and adjustments to plans
• Participate in structured training programs and coaching from senior advisors
• Work toward obtaining FINRA licensing (Series 7 and Series 63/66 where applicable)
• Meet growth and performance targets by expanding your client base and delivering results

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clear communication and excellent service
• Conduct financial analyses and prepare recommendations that reflect client risk tolerance and goals
• Use CRM and financial planning software to manage client data and follow-ups
• Collaborate with team members to refine strategies and deliver coordinated service
• Track progress against sales and performance goals; identify cross-sell and referral opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related analytical field required
• Baseline knowledge of financial products and advisor responsibilities; eagerness to learn
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and quantitative skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning tools
• Prior sales, customer service, or related experience is a plus but not required
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 documentation is a bonus (or willingness to work toward licensing)
• Coachable, client-focused, and able to operate with integrity and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year (as posted)
• Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development support
• Opportunity to grow into a fully licensed advisor role with defined career progression
• Benefits vary by the Confidential Client and will be shared during the hiring process
