What You’ll Do
You will join the Audit division as part of a 24-month leadership rotation designed to develop foundational audit skills and broad exposure across banking lines. Typical responsibilities include:
- Participate in execution of audit fieldwork in accordance with audit methodology and timelines.
- Work with audit seniors to document and evaluate processes and internal controls.
- Validate and execute test strategies to assess effectiveness of controls and regulatory compliance.
- Accumulate and organize audit evidence through quality documentation and work papers.
- Assist in developing findings and recommendations for inclusion in audit reports.
- Support identification and continuous monitoring of risks and exposures.
- Participate in audit and regulatory issue follow-up and complete quality control reviews.
- Attend leadership program trainings and division-wide learning events.
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates should meet the program requirements and demonstrate the aptitude to grow in audit and risk roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Degrees in Accounting, Economics, or Finance preferred.
- Must be a fall 2026 or spring 2027 graduate (program requirement).
- Relevant internship/co-op experience is a plus.
- Entry-level proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and basic familiarity with general ledger, reconciliation and reporting systems.
- Strong attention to detail, professional customer service skills, and ability to follow established procedures.
- Able to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently with guidance.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
- Willingness to participate in rotation assignments and attend required trainings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary: $101,377 per year (estimated).
- Eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan (based on company/line/individual performance).
