What You’ll Do
The Confidential Client is hiring a Junior Financial Analyst to support the Finance & Accounting team. This is a development-focused, hands-on accounting role where you will bridge transactional tasks with entry-level financial analysis and reporting.
- Perform general accounting tasks to support month-end close and daily operations
- Support payroll and accounts receivable analysis and reconciliation
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with ad-hoc analytical requests
- Maintain and post entries to the general ledger and support reconciliation processes
- Assist with data collection and validation for financial reporting across entities
- Collaborate with accounting, HR, and program teams to resolve discrepancies and clarify transactions
- Learn and apply accounting policies and internal controls while documenting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year experience in bookkeeping or accounting-related roles
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger systems
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively
