About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring a Financial Analyst II to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting across DeviceCo businesses. This role partners with finance and business leaders to analyze operational and financial performance, identify drivers and opportunities, and deliver timely analysis to support decision-making.
This position is a part-time contract role based in Balcones, TX and supports consolidated reporting across multiple business units. Candidates should be analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within finance.
What You’ll Do
- Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis across DeviceCo.
- Prepare financial reporting and analysis across revenue, cost of materials, operating expenses, and profitability.
- Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
- Support consolidated DeviceCo reporting across Fillauer, Coapt, and Point Designs.
- Develop and maintain financial models supporting profitability, pricing, margins, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with Monthly Business Reviews, Budget Reviews, and leadership presentations.
- Partner with the Finance Manager and business leaders on ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Marketing, IT, Corporate Finance, and business teams.
- Support improvements to financial processes, reporting, and analytical tools across DeviceCo.
- Partner with Accounting to help ensure financial results accurately reflect operational performance and comply with company policies and controls.
- Travel 10%–20% as required.
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
- 1–3 years of relevant finance, accounting, or analytical experience; recent graduates with strong academic performance and relevant internship experience are encouraged.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills and interest in developing advanced financial modeling capabilities.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, or data analysis via coursework, internships, or professional roles.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Epicor, Essbase, or similar is a plus.

Location & Work Model
This role is based in Balcones, TX. It is primarily on-site with limited work-from-home flexibility (up to 12 days per quarter, as business needs allow). Employment type: Contract | Part-time.
