What You’ll Do

This entry-level FP&A Financial Analyst will support month-end reporting, forecasting, and valuation activities. You’ll gather data across the platform and prepare forward-looking financial statements and operating metrics used by senior management and the Board.

  • Report monthly KPIs and prepare quarterly scorecards and ad-hoc reports
  • Support the annual five‑year Business Plan and quarterly reforecast processes
  • Prepare quarterly valuations and assist with the annual appraisal process
  • Maintain the monthly corporate cash forecast
  • Maintain property‑level cash flow models and develop Excel-based financial models
  • Research competitor performance, market statistics, and regional benchmarks
  • Provide analysis of internal and external data to support decision-making
  • Act as a liaison between corporate and regional offices
  • Produce clear deliverables for senior management and Board-level audiences
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate required
  • Experience: 0–1 year prior work experience (entry-level)
  • Financial modeling experience strongly preferred
  • Experience performing financial analysis in finance or real estate preferred

Required & Preferred Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, formulas, data analysis)
  • VBA experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting fundamentals
  • Ability to develop and maintain Excel models and cash flow forecasts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective oral and written communication — able to present analyses to senior leaders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

Role Details

This is a full-time, entry-level Financial Analyst (FP&A) role based in Georgia. You will report to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and work closely with corporate and regional teams to support planning, forecasting, valuation, and reporting efforts.
