  • Gather and maintain due diligence materials (environmental reports, surveys, title records, zoning information, third‑party evaluations) in organized project files.
  • Support financing activities by assembling application packages and coordinating materials for bonds, tax‑credit equity, and loan closings.
  • Track milestones, regulatory dates, approval conditions, and reporting obligations to keep projects aligned with state and federal requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants and public agencies by managing requests, meeting agendas, notes, calendars, and action trackers.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should be analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of financial analysis, data analysis, and financial reporting principles.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheet-based modeling (Excel) and working with project budgets and forecasts.
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed legal, financial, and project documentation with high accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing documents, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing summaries and coordinating with teams, consultants, and agencies.
