  • Prepare inputs for the Annual Operating Plan using business planning tools (Rplan) and contribute to budgeting processes.
  • Use business systems (e.g., SAP/APEX, Business Warehouse) to analyze program funding profiles, bookings, sales and earnings outlooks, billing projections, and variance analysis.
  • Produce reports and ad-hoc analyses to support program managers and finance leadership.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams; take ownership of assigned tasks and support process improvements as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related business field.
  • Less than 2 years of relevant experience (entry-level).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office—especially Excel (analytical spreadsheets, formulas).
  • Professional experience in a related finance role (internships and early-career roles count).
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual system access restrictions.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems, tools, and finance processes.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

What We Offer
