You will work with program teams to analyze funding profiles, bookings, sales and earnings outlooks, billing projections, and variance analysis using business systems such as SAP/APEX and Business Warehouse. This position is a strong fit for candidates early in their finance careers who want hands-on exposure to program cost controls and financial planning tools.

What You Will Do

  • Provide end-to-end financial support across program lifecycles — from proposal costing and baselining to forecasting and Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) processing.
  • Support Estimate at Completion (EAC) activities and Sarbanes-Oxley related reporting processes.
  • Prepare inputs for the Annual Operating Plan using Business Planning (Rplan) and other planning tools.
  • Use SAP/APEX and Business Warehouse for data extraction and analysis to produce forecasts, billing projections, and variance reports.
  • Deliver clear, concise financial analysis and reporting to program and finance stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced finance team; handle multiple assignments and take ownership of deliverables.

Qualifications — Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related business field.
  • Less than 2 years of relevant finance experience (entry-level).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness and ability to learn business systems such as SAP/APEX, Business Warehouse, and Rplan.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to government-contracting system access requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic analytical/problem-solving skills.

Qualifications — Preferred

  • Exposure to program cost control, budgeting, or financial planning & analysis.
  • Familiarity with Estimate at Completion (EAC) processes or Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who works well in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
