Financial Analyst - Capital Banking Relations
The Financial Analyst - Capital Banking Relations role supports the Chief Capital Officer in managing banking relationships, financing activities, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Support financial analysis and reporting: analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows; prepare cash flow analyses, debt schedules, and financing reports.
- Help prepare lender and financing packages by gathering and organizing financial data and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining banking and lending relationships — support loan renewals, credit requests, financing applications, and lender communications.
- Conduct financial research to identify trends, variances, and potential issues; support strategic business initiatives.
- Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM tools to manage contacts, activities, and relationship information.
- Pull and reconcile financial data from Sage Intacct and create Excel-based reports, reconciliations, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Support month-end/year-end, audit requests, reconciliations, and basic accounting documentation (AP/AR support as needed).
- Coordinate executive scheduling, prepare presentations and meeting materials, and assist in cross-functional project follow-up.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (internship or early-career roles in finance, banking, lending, or accounting).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication; high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred
- Internship or work experience with commercial banks, credit unions, lending institutions, investment firms, or financial services organizations.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sage Intacct.
- CRM database experience and familiarity reviewing financial statements and lender reporting.

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Range: $28.00–$38.00 per hour
- Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday
- Work Environment: 100% Onsite (Denver, CO)
