What You’ll Do
You will support the finance team and partner with operations to deliver accurate, timely financial insights that drive manufacturing performance.
- Support monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Analyze actual results versus budgets and forecasts
- Prepare variance analyses and identify financial trends
- Support manufacturing cost and operational analysis
- Assist with financial models, KPIs, reports, and presentations
- Work cross-functionally with finance and operations to gather data
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Learn the organization’s financial systems and manufacturing processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance (required)
- Recent graduate or up to 3 years of professional experience
- Authorization to work in the U.S. required
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, formulae)
- Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and able to manage priorities
- Curious and eager to develop new skills and take on responsibility
Preferred
- Manufacturing experience (employment, internship, or related exposure)
- Any experience with ERP/financial systems or process improvement projects

- Estimated Compensation: $54,085 per year (estimated). Actual pay may vary based on experience and client-specific pay scales.
