Role summary

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Financial Advisor based in Trammells, TX. This role focuses on learning core financial planning and wealth-management skills, building trusted client relationships, and recommending strategies and products that help clients reach their financial goals.

What You’ll Do

• Consider clients’ life stage, professional circumstances, and evolving financial needs when developing tailored financial plans.
• Work directly with clients to compile financial profiles and deliver objective, personalized financial advice.
• Recommend strategic products, plans, and investments that support clients’ progress toward financial goals.
• Proactively identify and establish relationships with prospective clients to grow your book of business.
• Learn from and collaborate with team members—be coachable and engaged in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and math skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel), CRM systems, financial planning software, and Google Suite is a plus.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of financial products and the financial services industry preferred.

Compensation & Employment Type

• Compensation: $65,000 - $106,000 (commission based; annual estimate).
• Employment type: FULL_TIME

• Must be based in or near Trammells, TX (greater Houston area). Local candidates only.
