What You’ll Do

As a Finance Transformation Consultant (Experienced Associate), you will work with the Confidential Client’s finance teams and external clients to improve financial performance, reporting, and decision-making. You will support engagements that design and implement measurement frameworks, streamline financial processes, and enable stronger forecasting and planning.

• Analyze financial data and develop performance metrics and KPIs
• Design and implement performance management frameworks to improve decision-making
• Provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Develop and recommend financial solutions to meet strategic objectives
• Perform complex data analysis to support financial strategies and recommendations
• Use financial management and visualization tools to streamline reporting and produce insights
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and tailor data-driven solutions
• Monitor financial trends to identify cost reduction and process optimization opportunities
• Support due diligence, financial modeling, and forecasting activities

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in finance, consulting, analytics, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial data sets
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting concepts
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for client-facing work

What Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)

• Degree in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, or Risk Management/Insurance
• Demonstrated experience with financial data mining and complex analysis
• Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create actionable reports
• Exposure to financial management or ERP software to support reporting efficiency
• Proven interest in process optimization and performance management frameworks
• Experience building financial models to support business decisions

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $61,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location and will comply with applicable employment laws.
• All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus (program details set by the Confidential Client).
• Typical benefits may include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings (401k), paid time off, and other employee programs — final benefits confirmed by the Confidential Client.
