Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Finance Specialist to support and scale its U.S. finance operations. This full-time role is based in Northlake, GA and will own day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and month-end activities for the U.S. business. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, and People teams to translate business activity into clear financial insights and help drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring sales and operations financial reports and KPI analysis (revenue, collections, margins, expenses, operational performance).
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable: invoice processing, customer billing, payment tracking, vendor/customer communications, and issue resolution.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis for U.S. performance against key metrics.
• Complete account reconciliations and assist with month-end close tasks (accruals, journal entries, schedules, supporting documentation).
• Support finance projects that improve processes and automation (expense vs. budget analysis, reporting cadence, process documentation).
• Build scalable financial processes and ensure data quality and integrity in reporting and analysis.
• Partner with department leaders to translate strategy into numbers and vice versa; provide clear, actionable financial guidance to non-finance stakeholders.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting; experience in high-growth or FinTech environments is a strong plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets; experience producing month-end budget analyses.
• Solid experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to translate financial information for diverse audiences.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver under deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative.
• Fluent in English.
