What You'll Do

This role is an FP&A Consultant (Experienced Associate) supporting client engagements to improve financial performance and decision-making. You will work with teams and clients to deliver analysis, models, and process improvements that enable better budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.

• Analyze financial and operational data to develop performance metrics and KPIs
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Design and implement performance management frameworks to improve efficiency
• Use financial management and data visualization tools to surface insights and trends
• Create budgets, monitor financial trends, and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored financial solutions
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and support adoption of recommendations
• Apply a continuous-learning mindset to expand technical skills and deliver higher impact

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in finance, analysis, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with financial models
• Proficiency with spreadsheet modeling (Excel); familiarity with financial software or visualization tools
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, Analytics/Data Science, Business, Computer Science/IS, or Risk Management
• Prior industry experience in Banking & Capital Markets, Industrials, Consumer Packaged Goods, or similar sectors
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel functions
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Experience designing or implementing FP&A processes or performance-management frameworks

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $61,000 - $100,000 (actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, and location)
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
