What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an FP&A Consultant (Experienced Associate) to support client engagements focused on improving financial performance and decision-making. You will work on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance measurement while learning to apply advisory best practices in a client-facing environment.

• Analyze financial and operational data to develop KPIs and performance metrics
• Design and implement performance management frameworks that improve efficiency
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning processes
• Build and maintain financial models to support scenario and strategic planning
• Use financial management and data visualization tools to extract insights
• Monitor financial trends and recommend cost-savings or revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to customize solutions to business needs
• Gather and synthesize information from multiple sources to inform recommendations
• Communicate findings and present analysis clearly to clients and stakeholders
• Apply a continuous-learning mindset to expand technical and domain capabilities

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in finance, FP&A, consulting, analysis, or a related role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and comfort with data analysis concepts

What Sets You Apart

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Risk Management/Insurance
• Prior industry experience (Banking & Capital Markets, Industrials, Consumer Goods, or similar)
• Experience building financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Experience with financial management or ERP software (OneStream, NetSuite, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work in client-facing settings and adapt to changing project scopes

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $61,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual pay will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will comply with applicable employment laws.
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
• Typical benefits may include medical, dental, vision, retirement (401k), paid time off, and other standard benefits offered by Confidential Client. Benefits vary by location and role.
