What You’ll Do
- Analyze financial data to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Design and implement performance management frameworks to improve operational efficiency
- Provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Use financial management software and data visualization tools to support decision-making
- Conduct complex data analysis to extract actionable insights and inform business strategy
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Create and monitor budgets and financial trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with client teams to understand needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
- Gather information from diverse sources and apply a learning mindset to continuously improve outcomes
What You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
What Sets You Apart
- Degree or coursework in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, or Risk Management/Insurance
- Prior industry experience in Banking & Capital Markets, Industrials, or Consumer Packaged Goods (preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Strong analytical skills and experience applying data to business decisions
- Excellent communication and active listening skills across diverse teams
- Experience developing or optimizing financial management processes
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $61,000 – $100,000 (actual pay depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable law)
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
- Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, retirement/401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and personal/family sick leave (benefit details depend on the hiring client and location)
