Responsibilities

As a Finance Transformation / Finance Operations Associate supporting a Confidential Client, you will help clients optimize financial processes, controls, and systems to improve efficiency and support better decision-making.

• Analyze client finance processes (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash) to identify efficiency, control, and cost-reduction opportunities
• Design and document improved workflows, internal controls, and process automation approaches
• Support financial systems implementations and shared-services optimization
• Perform financial statement analysis and prepare clear, client-ready reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as part of process reviews
• Use data-mining and analytics techniques to identify insights and support recommendations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to inform client strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones and client value

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in finance, accounting, or related consulting
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial data
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel (see Travel Requirements)

Preferred / “What Sets You Apart”

• Degree or background in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, or Risk Management
• Active CPA license or currently pursuing CPA
• Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives or financial systems implementations
• Hands-on experience with record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash cycles
• Experience with financial forecasting, internal controls, and financial statement review
• Familiarity with process automation, RPA, or finance-related data tools

Travel Requirements

• Up to 60% travel may be required, depending on client needs and engagement location.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $63,000 - $140,000 (actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location)
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
• Typical benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement plan (401k), holiday pay, paid vacation and sick leave, and other standard benefits (benefits vary by employer)
