Confidential Client is hiring entry-level talent for a Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). This is a three-year, full-time rotational program starting June 2027 designed to accelerate the careers of high-potential finance professionals through structured rotations, leadership training, mentorship, and part‑time graduate education support.

Rotation & Location Details
- Rotations begin June 2027.
- First rotation typically located at a major Southern New Hampshire site; second and third rotations may be assigned at any U.S. location based on business needs.
- This role requires on-site work during rotations. Applicants must be willing to reside within a commutable distance of the primary site they will support (Southern NH initially).
Key Responsibilities
- Complete three, one-year finance rotations—contributing to accounting, financial analysis, planning, and reporting activities
- Support strategic finance projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with mentors and peers to identify development opportunities and influence process improvements
- Engage in leadership development coursework and apply learnings to day-to-day assignments
Qualifications
- FLDP I: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- FLDP II: Master’s degree (if applying at that level)
- Demonstrated leadership (clubs, athletics, projects, military service, internships, or work experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivation for rigorous work and commitment to professional growth
- Willingness and ability to relocate and work at multiple sites across the U.S.
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time salary range: $56,401 – $95,881 (range reflects market pay structures; actual offer depends on experience, location, and internal equity)
