Overview
This Finance Leadership Development Program Associate position with a confidential client is a 3-year, full-time rotational program designed to develop early-career finance and accounting professionals into future business leaders. You will complete three one-year rotations across finance functions (commercial, operations, and enterprise) and receive structured mentorship, formal development, and networking opportunities.
- Program length: 3 years (three 1-year rotations)

What You’ll Do
You will participate in challenging, high-impact finance assignments across multiple business areas to build technical finance skills and leadership capabilities.
- Rotate through Commercial (FP&A or controllership), Operations (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Operations FP&A), and Enterprise (Treasury, Internal Audit, Corporate FP&A, Strategic Capital, Digital and IT, or Financial Services).
- Support month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Drive process improvement projects and cross-functional collaboration.
- Prepare presentations and deliverables for senior leadership.
- Build relationships with mentors and peers; present end-of-rotation summaries and career development plans.
Who We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field with graduation between August 2026 and May 2027.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Able to commit to 40 hours/week, starting either January 11, 2027 or June 14, 2027.
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and must not require sponsorship now or in the future.
- Willingness and ability to travel and relocate between rotation sites as required.
- Reliable transportation for daily commuting when assigned to office locations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
- Active leadership experience in student organizations and/or work experiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills.
- Demonstrated interest in long-term career development in finance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or co-op experience in finance or accounting.
- Demonstrated experience with FP&A, accounting, treasury, or audit-related tasks.
- Curiosity and drive to take on increasing responsibility across business functions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay range for Minnesota: $68,000 to $72,500 per year. Individual salary will be determined by education, experience, skills, and geography.

Selection Process & Timing

- Placement decisions are based on business needs, candidate skills, and development goals. Rotations and final placement are contingent on successful completion of the program and business requirements.

Relocation & Mobility
- Relocation assistance may be available for qualifying candidates through a mobility vendor (lump sum, moving support, short-term housing assistance).
- Candidates must be willing to relocate between rotation sites and be mobile for future career development.
