What You’ll Do
This entry-level, two-year rotational Finance Development Program is designed to develop core finance and analytics capabilities. Over three ~8-month rotations, you will support financial planning, reporting, modeling, and analytics to inform business decisions. You will work with finance and cross-functional partners to produce timely reporting, maintain financial models and dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Support monthly close, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning processes
- Produce variance analysis and reporting packages for management review
- Build and maintain financial models (ROI, scenario analysis) and dashboards
- Perform ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to answer business questions
- Track cost center expenses, assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts
Responsibilities
- Execute recurring financial processes (reporting, forecasting, dashboards) with accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze trends, drivers, and risks; summarize findings into concise recommendations
- Create and maintain KPIs, visualizations, and reporting tools for stakeholders
- Take ownership of defined deliverables and collaborate across teams to deliver insights
- Provide support to selected accounting activities (journal entries, reconciliations) in some rotations to gain exposure to financial reporting and internal controls
Qualifications
Required
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; exposure to SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools a plus
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to present structured insights
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to learn quickly
Preferred
- Internship or academic experience in finance, accounting, or analytics
- Hands-on exposure to reporting/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or SQL
- Coursework or prior work that demonstrates accounting or financial reporting knowledge
Additional Information
- Employment type: Full-time (role may also be posted as contractor depending on business needs)
- Location: Cupertino, CA (onsite weekly; rotation assignments within finance)
- Estimated compensation: $95,710 per year (estimated)
