What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Finance Analyst (FP&A) role on an IT team. You will support data-driven decision-making by building and maintaining the reports, models, and analyses leadership relies on. This role is suited to detail-oriented, curious candidates who want to develop FP&A skills in a growth-minded environment.
- Own recurring reports, dashboards, and variance analyses that leaders check first
- Help shape budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide investment decisions
- Translate raw data from financial systems into reliable numbers and clear explanations
- Prepare materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews and present findings to stakeholders
- Execute ad-hoc analyses and special projects that expand your analytical experience
- Maintain strong attention to data accuracy and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or related work (internship experience considered)
- Strong Excel skills (modeling, formulas, pivot tables)
- Exposure to Claude and other AI tools is a plus
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to summarize data clearly
- Open to true entry-level candidates; internship and professional experience will be evaluated holistically
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Coursework or internship experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
- Familiarity with building presentations for leadership reviews
- Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and validate assumptions
