Overview
The Finance and Accounting Leadership Program (Finance Track) in Cincinnati, OH is a 24-month rotational, entry-level finance program designed to develop early-career talent through structured rotations, mentorship, and hands-on assignments. Participants rotate every six months across finance and accounting functions — including FP&A, external reporting, treasury, and line-of-business accounting — to build technical skills and business understanding.
What You’ll Do
This program places you in multiple six-month rotations where you will:
- Build, analyze, and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Support the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and drivers
- Maintain and improve reporting schedules, reconciliation processes, and analytical tools
- Assist with daily accounting entries, account monitoring, and GAAP compliance (for accounting rotations)
- Participate on team initiatives and own smaller projects end-to-end
Who We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 graduate (new graduate, entry-level)
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- Relevant internship or co-op experience preferred
- Entry-level proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and willingness to learn internal ledger/reconciliation systems
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage time and priorities with guidance
Program Details & Working Conditions
- Employment type: Full time (contract designation appears in source; primary expectation is full-time participation in a 24-month program)
- Location: Cincinnati, OH (on-site work in a normal office environment; extended computer use)
- Rotational format: Six-month rotations across finance and accounting teams
- No supervisory responsibilities for participants
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary: $78,015 per year (estimated; individual pay may vary by role, experience, and location)
- Eligible for incentive compensation based on performance

- Industry preference: Financial Services experience preferred but not required
