What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s Finance & Accounting Leadership Program (FALP) — Accounting Track — is a 24‑month, entry-level rotational program designed to accelerate early-career accountants through hands-on assignments across finance and accounting functions. Rotations typically change every six months and may include Line of Business and Headquarters Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, External Reporting, Treasury, Investor Relations and other areas as business needs dictate.

  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting: build, analyze and distribute reports.
  • Participate in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
  • Perform financial variance analysis and investigate unusual items.
  • Assist with maintenance and continuous improvement of schedules, reports and analytical tools.
  • Execute accounting tasks: prepare daily journal entries, reconcile accounts, monitor balances and facilitate GAAP compliance.
  • Contribute to special accounting projects and prepare subsidiary and consolidated reporting as needed.
  • Work independently on focused assignments and as part of cross-functional teams on larger initiatives.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Expected graduation: fall 2026 or spring 2027.
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without employer sponsorship.
  • Internship and/or co-op experience in finance or accounting is strongly preferred.
  • Entry-level familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with general ledgers, reconciliation and reporting systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills; ability to meet deadlines with guidance from assignment leaders.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in Financial Services (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with financial planning, external reporting, or treasury processes.
  • Demonstrated initiative on projects, process improvements, or report enhancements.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated base pay (as posted): $89,955 per year (estimated).
  • Role is eligible for incentive compensation based on company, line of business and/or individual performance.

Location, Work Environment & Eligibility

  • Primary work location: Saint Bernard / Cincinnati, OH (onsite office environment; normal office hours).
  • Extended viewing of a computer screen is expected.
