What You’ll Do

You will support a Confidential Client in on-site inspections, data collection, and hands-on field testing across regional sites. This entry-level role is designed to build practical technical experience while contributing to field operations, system verification, and client-facing communications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections, collect field data, and perform field testing
• Log regional performance metrics and summarize technical updates for internal teams and clients
• Travel frequently to regional field sites as required
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot hardware subsystems and run system-level tests
• Generate clear technical documentation and reports for field operations
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide timely technical support and communicate status or issues to clients
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Recent Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams and manage time across field tasks
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to regional sites

Nice-to-Have / Preferred

• Experience with hardware subsystems or system-level testing
• Basic scripting or data-analysis familiarity
• Prior client-facing or field operations experience

Location & Compensation

• Location: Hayes Valley, CA (frequent regional travel required)
• Estimated compensation: $58,750 per year (estimated figure provided by source)
