What You’ll Do

As an entry-level Field Support Engineer you will perform hands-on field testing and inspections, collect and analyze regional performance data, and communicate technical findings to internal teams and clients. This role involves frequent travel to regional field sites and close collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

• Conduct on-site inspections, data collection, and field testing
• Log and maintain regional performance metrics and dashboards
• Translate technical updates into clear summaries for internal teams and clients
• Troubleshoot hardware subsystems and assist with system-level testing
• Generate technical documentation, reports, and test logs for field operations
• Analyze measurement data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Provide timely client-facing technical support and status updates
• Maintain strong organization and problem-solving under field conditions

Qualifications

• Recent Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field and as part of small teams
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to regional sites
• Basic familiarity with hardware subsystems; hands-on lab or field experience preferred
• Basic scripting or data-handling skills (Python, Bash, or similar) are a plus
• Experience in client-facing roles or technical support is beneficial
