What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring motivated, hands-on Field Service Technicians to join a growing semiconductor manufacturing team in Boise, ID. This is an entry- to mid-level field role with structured training and opportunities for career growth.

• Install, maintain, and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak efficiency
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic and test equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and procedures
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support customer operations on-site
• Participate in training programs to develop technical expertise and advance your career
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment with opportunities for mentorship and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands-on work
• Experience using hand tools, test equipment, or troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, diagrams, and instructions
• Willingness to travel for training as required
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $24/hr to $28/hr (exact pay depends on skills, experience, and education)
• Comprehensive benefits package available starting on day one, including options for medical, dental, and vision (benefit eligibility and details subject to applicable law)
• 401(k) eligibility after 90 days
• Paid sick leave and other paid time off as required by the applicable law of the worksite location
