Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Field Sales Trainee for a structured training program leading to a Field Sales Coordinator assignment in a major U.S. market. This role combines virtual classroom learning, cross-functional projects, real-world field exposure, and a clear path to a compensated sales territory role with relocation support.
What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level, training-focused role designed to prepare you for a frontline sales position. During the six-month training program and after, you will:
- Participate in a predominately virtual, six-month training curriculum covering product knowledge, sales strategy, and customer engagement.
- Work on special projects with cross-functional teams to learn business operations and sales processes.
- Attend sales and management training provided by leading third-party providers.
- Travel with experienced field sales managers (when conditions allow) for hands-on learning.
- After successful completion, receive a territory assignment in a major U.S. market and take ownership of that territory’s sales performance.
Responsibilities (Post-Training)
- Build and grow relationships with retail and wholesale customers to drive incremental annual sales growth.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings and training with customers to increase share of account.
- Analyze customer and market conditions to identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Assist sales managers in executing territory sales strategies.
- Plan weekly travel and customer visits according to territory priorities.
- Coordinate and support product launches and consumer promotions, ensuring effective point-of-sale and digital communications.
- Represent Confidential Client at customer events and promotional activities.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree completed or expected by August 2027.
- Willingness to relocate within 6–8 months after completing the training program to a major U.S. market (recent assignments have included Los Angeles, New York, Washington, D.C., and Dallas).
- Ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong initiative, ownership mentality, and ability to thrive in new and dynamic environments.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and deliver results.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; Confidential Client will not sponsor employment visas for this opening.

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary: $54,000 per year (estimated).
