What You’ll Do
Field Sales Representative (Sales Development Program) — Fort Mill, SC. This is an entry-level sales development role focused on truck tire and fleet solutions. You will complete an approximate 6-month, nationwide training program (travel required) and then relocate to an assigned U.S. metro territory to manage dealer and fleet relationships.
- Participate in a structured Sales Development Program with job shadowing, in-field training, and project work during training.
- Travel nationally during training to learn product lines, sales processes, and field service techniques.
- After training, relocate to an assigned territory and partner with local dealers and fleet customers to grow sales and support product adoption.
- Deliver product education and sales coaching to dealer sales staff and technicians.
- Prospect and develop new dealer accounts and target end-user fleets to increase business for the dealer network and our client.
- Support Key Account Managers and Territory Sales Managers on cross-territory customer initiatives.
- Capture market and customer feedback in CRM; provide dealer/customer reports, market data, and recommendations that inform field strategies.
- Assist with implementation and growth of fleet services programs and local sales initiatives.
- Perform hands-on demonstrations, product installation support, and technical guidance as needed.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of professional or military experience — OR bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively during training and thereafter.
- Must be able to relocate to an assigned U.S. major metro within 6–12 months after training.
- Physical ability to perform field work around commercial vehicles (walking, climbing, lifting up to ~75 lbs occasionally).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; this role does not offer visa sponsorship.

Work Location & Travel
