What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a Field Marketing and Engagement Coordinator to plan and run on-site and digital engagement programs that build brand awareness and drive revenue across campus and hospitality channels.
- Ideate, plan, and execute interactive engagement events (pop-ups, holiday activations, themed meals, vendor spotlights)
- Manage and grow social media channels — create content, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and report metrics
- Produce on-brand marketing collateral (print and digital) and manage corporate graphic requests
- Build and maintain partnerships with campus organizations, student groups, and internal departments for collaborative events and communications
- Support the annual Business & Marketing Plan — identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and event-driven revenue initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for events including vendor communication, staffing needs, on-site setup, and post-event recap
What We’re Looking For
You’ll do best in this role if you’re organized, creative, and enjoy working with campus and community partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience or a marketing-related internship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Hands-on experience creating, posting, and managing social media content to increase engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment and respond with urgency when needed
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is provided by Confidential Client and follows applicable Maine laws.
- Hourly pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
