What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a creative, high-energy Field Communications & Content Specialist to produce internal stories, videos, and communications that connect and educate the Global Field Organization (GFO). The GFO includes Sales, Solutions Engineering, Field Engineering, Technical Account Management, and Sales Development teams across regions.

This is a hands-on creative role: you will take ideas from concept to final delivery — writing scripts, directing and shooting video, editing, and publishing content where the field actually lives (Slack, video, live and virtual events, and learning platforms). You’ll combine a producer’s craft, a teacher’s instinct for clarity, and a community-builder’s warmth. You will partner with HR/People, field leaders, Field Readiness and enablement teams, and Marketing to align field content with company-wide engagement and learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

Field Connection & Community

  • Plan and run GFO-specific engagement programs in partnership with HR/People.
  • Influence and maintain the GFO editorial calendar (Slack/internal channels).
  • Write timely, engaging posts that celebrate wins and introduce new teammates.
  • Create repeatable recognition formats (wins of the week, milestones, spotlights).
  • Help plan and produce community moments — all-hands segments, kickoffs, regional meetups, and virtual events.

Education & Field Learning (Internal)

  • Interview account teams to capture win stories and customer spotlights; convert them into short videos and posts that explain the customer problem, why the customer chose Confidential Client, how the team won, and reuseable tactics.
  • Script and produce learning videos and micro-content on customers, use cases, products, and field best practices tailored for busy sellers and engineers: short, visual, and memorable.
  • Integrate content into onboarding and ongoing learning paths in partnership with Field Readiness and enablement teams.
  • Work with subject matter experts (sellers, engineers, product leaders, executives) to translate technical and commercial expertise into clear, accurate content; coach on-camera talent.

Production & Operations

  • Lead end-to-end video production: concepting, scripting, storyboarding, directing, filming, editing, motion graphics, and delivery.
  • Maintain a library of templates, footage, and assets; build lightweight processes to ensure timely, on-brand content.
  • Track reach, engagement, completion, and feedback; iterate formats based on data.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling customer or deal information in internal materials.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or expected by start date) in Communications, Marketing, Film/Video Production, Journalism, Psychology, or related field. This role is entry-level and suitable for recent graduates.
  • Leadership or creative experience through student media, student organizations, events, or community programs.
  • Experience creating videos, photos, or social media content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva. Portfolio or examples of work required.
  • Strong, energetic writer who explains ideas simply and adapts tone for different audiences.
  • Self-starter, people person, and quick learner who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Event planning experience and an interest in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or technology are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $72,000 — $95,000 per year. Starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, with attention to market alignment and internal equity.
  • Total rewards may include discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (eligibility rules apply).

What we typically offer for US-based full-time roles:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (employer-paid where applicable).
  • Company-paid life insurance; voluntary supplemental life insurance.
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development support.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (where available).
  • Mental wellness benefits and family-forming support.
  • Paid parental leave, flexible PTO, 401(k) with employer match.
  • Daily catered lunches at designated office/data center locations (where applicable).
  • A casual, collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation.
