About the Role

Confidential Client's Federal team is hiring entry-level Experience Consultants to join a cohort-based Associate program anticipated to start in 2027. • Create customer-centered artifacts such as journey maps, personas, service blueprints, and experience recommendations that inform program and product decisions.
  • Contribute to ideation sessions, design workshops, and experience strategy engagements using design thinking and collaborative facilitation techniques.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders; help translate insights into measurable roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (designers, analysts, technologists, program managers) to align on user-centered solutions that drive business and mission outcomes.
  • Travel as required to client sites and field research locations (willingness to travel up to 100% is expected for this role).
