About the role
Confidential Client is hiring a Federal Associate Consultant — Salesforce. This entry-level consulting role is based in Marfrance, WV and supports federal IT programs that require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal security clearance. You will join a federal technology team delivering secure, mission-focused Salesforce and packaged-application solutions for government customers.
What You’ll Do
As a Federal Associate Consultant - Salesforce, you will work with client teams to help select, implement, and support Salesforce and other packaged enterprise applications. Typical responsibilities include:
- Assist with Salesforce implementation, configuration, and production support
- Participate in client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering
- Support process mapping for As‑Is and To‑Be business workflows
- Contribute to solution recommendations that align business needs to technology capabilities
- Apply design thinking and collaborative approaches to solve client challenges
- Support testing, deployment, and post‑implementation activities as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Demonstrated interest in Salesforce, enterprise apps, or consulting (class projects, internships, or coursework)
- Strong analytical skills — able to interpret data and draft clear recommendations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills — able to work effectively across teams and levels
- Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal security clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 100% as required by federal client engagements
Nice to have
- Exposure to Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or basic admin/configuration tasks
- Familiarity with other enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Any relevant certifications or coursework (Salesforce Admin, cloud fundamentals, etc.)

- Location: Marfrance, WV (work will primarily support federal client sites and may involve travel)
- Security: Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal security clearance
