The Facilities Services Coordinator supports facility operations for an Intelligence Community customer, focusing on parking administration, customer service, and coordination of facility-related activities. This role acts as the primary contact for parking and facility concerns, manages data and reporting, and supports special events, construction, and seasonal operations to ensure smooth facility management within a secure environment.

What You’ll Do
This Facilities Services Coordinator role supports day-to-day facility operations with an emphasis on parking administration, customer service, data management, and coordination of facility-related activities for a confidential client supporting the Intelligence Community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parking and facility-related requests; resolve routine issues and coordinate escalations.
- Administer parking permits and related processes: approvals, reconciliations, status tracking, and distribution.
- Support parking representatives with system access, communications, and request-processing procedures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address parking policy violations and manage space allocation/priorities.
- Analyze parking and facility data; prepare reports, trend summaries, and recommendations for leadership.
- Support development and implementation of parking procedures, process improvements, and operational updates.
- Provide facility support for special events, construction activities, and seasonal operations (e.g., snow removal).
- Conduct routine facility inspections, identify custodial or maintenance issues, and submit service requests.
- Maintain accurate parking and facility records, maps, documentation, and program materials.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; OR high school, vocational, or trade diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting facility operations, parking administration, customer service, or similar business operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple administrative requests.
- Experience maintaining records, tracking operational data, reconciling information, and preparing reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with facility personnel, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Preferred / Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing parking or permit programs in a large facility or campus environment.
- Prior support in an Intelligence Community, federal government, or secure facility setting.
- Experience analyzing facility/operational data and producing management reports.
- Familiarity with facility work orders, custodial services, construction support, special events, or snow removal operations.
- Experience developing procedures and implementing process improvements.
Compensation & Benefits
- USD $85,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 / Yr.
