What You’ll Do

The Facilities Coordinator in Chantilly, VA will support day-to-day facility operations with a focus on parking administration, customer service, data management, and coordination of facility-related activities. You will be the primary point of contact for parking and facility concerns and will support events, construction activities, seasonal operations, and other facility needs.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for parking and facility-related requests; resolve routine issues and coordinate escalations.
  • Administer parking permits and related processes including approvals, reconciliations, status tracking, and distribution.
  • Assist parking representatives with system access, communications, and request-processing procedures.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address parking policy violations and support space allocation and parking priorities.
  • Analyze parking and facility data; prepare reports, trend summaries, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Support development and implementation of parking procedures, process improvements, and operational updates.
  • Provide facility support for special events, construction activities, snow removal operations, and other service-related requirements.
  • Conduct routine facility checks; identify custodial or maintenance issues and submit service requests.
  • Maintain accurate parking and facility records, documentation, maps, and program materials.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
  • U.S. citizenship required (clearance prerequisite).
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field OR high school/vocational/trade diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting facility operations, parking administration, customer service, or related business operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple requests and administrative actions.
  • Experience maintaining records, tracking operational data, reconciling information, and preparing reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with facility personnel, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting parking or permit administration within a large facility or campus environment.
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community, federal government, or secure facility environments.
  • Experience analyzing facility or operational data and developing management reports.
  • Familiarity with facility work orders, custodial services, construction support, special events, or snow removal operations.
  • Experience developing procedures and implementing process improvements.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: USD $85,000 - USD $100,000 per year (range provided by the confidential client).
  • Benefits may include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, training and tuition assistance, paid time off, and holidays.

Location & Clearance

  • Work location: Chantilly, VA (on-site/supporting facility operations).
  • Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and be a U.S. citizen.
  • This position is full-time.
