Overview
Confidential Client is hiring founding classroom teachers in Miami Gardens, FL to join a new K-12 charter school campus. This role welcomes candidates at the entry level through experienced teachers. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students, establishing strong routines and high expectations.
- Deliver rigorous, engaging instruction aligned to the school curriculum and learning goals.
- Study curriculum, course texts, and assessments to deeply understand content and student demands.
- Use assessment data and student work to evaluate learning and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide actionable feedback to students and adjust instruction with urgency when outcomes require change.
- Build trusting relationships with students and families; communicate regularly about academic growth and behavior.
- Model professionalism and Confidential Client’s adult culture: ownership, collaboration, and an unwavering focus on student success.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed prior to your first day of work.
- Fluent in English; bilingual fluency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High drive, resilience, and commitment to achieving exceptional student outcomes.
- Ability to work in person in Miami Gardens, FL.
