Confidential Client is hiring an Experienced Entry‑Level Wealth Manager based in Peachtree Corners, GA. This is a client-facing, full‑time role for someone early in their wealth‑management career who wants to build a book of business while receiving licensing support and structured mentorship. Ideal candidates are motivated by sales-driven compensation, long‑term client relationships, and professional development.

What you’ll do

You will join a wealth‑management team to help clients define and achieve financial goals. Typical responsibilities include:

• Guide clients in setting and achieving financial goals using personalized strategies
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships that lead to long‑term partnerships
• Analyze financial situations and recommend tailored solutions (insurance, retirement, investments)
• Collaborate with colleagues to create comprehensive financial plans
• Stay current on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements
• Educate clients on appropriate financial products and services
• Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes

Compensation & incentives

Confidential Client provides a competitive, performance‑driven compensation structure:

• Base salary + commission; typical total compensation range: $70,000 – $150,000 per year
• Up to $50,000 in annual financing subsidy may be available (per program terms)
• Upside commission opportunities tied to production and client retention

Qualifications

To be successful and comply with onboarding requirements you should have:

• Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
• Located within reasonable commuting distance to Peachtree Corners, GA
• Prior sales experience and/or a bachelor’s degree preferred
• Clean Form U4 (no disclosures)
• Ability to obtain required licensure prior to onboarding:
  • Life & Health license
  • SIE (Securities Industry Essentials)
  • Series 66
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills
