What You’ll Do
Confidential Client’s AI studio is building new character-driven experiences. This Executive Operations Partner role is a hands-on, entry-level executive operations position designed to provide high visibility into AI strategy, creative production, and corporate operations. You will act as a trusted right hand to senior leaders, combining administrative excellence with project coordination and business-facing exposure.
- Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the President and studio leadership with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings; document follow-ups and track actions to completion
- Serve as a primary liaison between the President, direct reports, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Facilitate cross-functional meeting scheduling and coordination to keep projects moving forward
- Support studio recording logistics and ensure excellent care and coordination for voice talent and creative contributors
- Assist on special projects: prepare executive summaries, presentations, and status updates
- Conduct research and gather data (including AI industry trends and tools) to support leadership decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains, including through AI-enabled productivity tools
- Manage expense reports, documentation, and logistics with precision and confidentiality
Who You Are / Qualifications
This role is designed for a high-performing recent college graduate or early-career professional who wants accelerated exposure to senior leadership and AI-driven product work.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–3 years of professional experience (internships and early-career roles count) showing initiative and strong follow-through
- Exceptional organizational and written/verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and a professional, discreet approach to confidential matters
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams)
- Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technology and how they reshape operations and product development
- Interest or experience working with creative talent (Hollywood/entertainment production experience is a plus)
- Intellectual curiosity, a collaborative spirit, and a growth mindset
- This role requires onsite work 3 days per week at the studio in West Hollywood, CA
Compensation & Benefits
The hiring pay range for this role is listed below and may vary based on experience, skills, and location. Employees may also be eligible for annual or long-term incentives where applicable.
- Pay Range: $27.30 - $45 USD (listed range)

Location & Work Model
- Onsite requirement: 3 days per week at the studio in West Hollywood, CA
